Chairside Assistant
As an Orthodontic Chairside Assistant you will experience the satisfaction of seeing a patient realize the joy and confidence of improving the health of their smile. You’ll be able to establish a rapport with each of your assigned patients. You’ll be responsible for guiding each of your patients though the various stages of orthodontic treatment.
The following experiences are important:
- Experience as a dental/orthodontic assistant
- Be trained / practiced with Invisalign’s Clincheck System
- Be trained / practiced in taking x-rays, panoramic photos, digital scans
- Familiarity with dental office practices
- A strong interest in oral hygiene, oral health, and aesthetic care
A Typical Day
You will typically participate in the morning team meeting where you and the doctor will go over the schedule of treatments for that day. You’ll continue a routine throughout the day that involves preparing your treatment station, following prescribed procedures and protocols, welcoming and comforting patients, providing patients and other employees with information, staging materials for treatment, educating patients on their treatments, assisting doctors when necessary, updating patient’s treatment schedule and ensuring that the patient is informed and attended throughout their visit.

Records Technician
Invisalign Austin is looking for a full-time Records Technician in Austin, Texas. Whether you are new to the dental industry or have years of experience, you will be working with an expert team highly ranked in the world at providing Invisalign Treatment.
As a Records Technician, you will be responsible for making sure the patient’s records are properly maintained in Ortho2 Edge Software. In the case of Invisalign Treatment you will be responsible for cross checking patient record data against the Align Technologies Clincheck System. Your duties also involve taking intra-oral photographs, X-rays (Pano and Ceph), charting, iTero Digital Scans and instrument sterilization.
The following experiences are important:
- Experience in a dental or orthodontic office
- Good Organizational skills
- Prior experience taking x-rays, panoramic photos, digital scans
- Familiarity with using Invisalign Clincheck software
- Self-motivated with a systematic approach and strong follow-through
A Typical Day
You will typically participate in the morning staff meeting where you and the doctor will go over the schedule of treatments for that day. Throughout the day you can expect to greet patients, escort them to the X-ray room, take panorex X-rays and patient records, import photos into Ortho2 Edge, restock the records room, order necessary supplies and ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment.

Front Desk Patient Coordinator
As an Orthodontic Front Desk Patient Coordinator you will experience the satisfaction of seeing a patient realize the joy and confidence of improving the health of their smile. You will be able to establish a rapport with patients and parents through greeting, scheduling, verifying insurance benefits, managing financial transactions, answering multi-line phones, and much more. It is imperative that you be able to operate as part of a team and multi-task gracefully.

- Good organizational skills and are systematic with good follow through

- Organized, systematic, and with good follow-through.

- Experience as a dental/orthodontic office front desk or treatment coordinating
- Be trained / practiced to answer questions about Invisalign and it’s Clincheck System
- Familiarity with dental office practices

You will continue a routine throughout the day that involves, welcoming and comforting patients, providing patients and other employees with information, scheduling, verifying insurance benefits, managing financial transactions, answering multi-line phones, educating patients on their treatments, assisting doctors when necessary, updating patient’s appointment schedule and ensuring patient satisfaction at each appointment.
